First time and we really enjoyed it! We were full from dinner so we shared a cookies and cream. The service and the ice cream were great, it was creamy and not overly sweet. Looking forward to coming back and trying additional flavors.

After reading the reviews on Bruster's my wife and I decided to give it a try. I ordered a single scoop coffee on a regular cone, and it was smooth and creamy. My wife ordered a single Oreo cookie in a waffle cone, and it was HUGE with massive amounts of Oreo cookie in the scoop. She loved it. The service was quick and easy. Keep them in mind when you are up for a sweet snack on date night.
I love ice cream. It's my literal favorite dessert these days. I'm definitely not new to Bruster's but this was my first time at this location & it didn't disappoint. This location is the biggest that I've been to and it's clean and well maintained. The ice cream was so fresh and creamy. I ordered one scoop of cookies and cream & one scoop of New York cheesecake. Both were amazing! Stop by if you're in the area!!!
Excellent ice cream. My husband had the vegan white chocolate raspberry and it was good. Of course I had to try it. I had the blueberry cheesecake and salted Carmel. The blueberry cheesecake was excellent! Definitely a must try!
Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a great addition to the local ice cream scene! It opened yesterday, March 7th and is located at the NW corner of Renner and Custer in Richardson. The ice cream is made fresh in the store daily and there are over 24 ever changing flavors. 150 recipes on rotation. I downloaded the app and there is a huge listing of flavors that you can check which are your favorites and get notified when they are available! They have a selection of vegan non-dairy oat milk creations and you can even order cakes and pies! We ordered a Turtle Sundae and it was DELICIOUS! The vanilla soft serve ice cream was creamy and tasted so fresh! A nice mix of creamy caramel and hot fudge along with perfectly toasted pecans make this a winner! It's a little pricey at $7.49, but with the initial $3 off registration credit it brought the price down to $4.49, and $4.85 with tax. The staff took great care of us - Joshua waited on us and took our order and the manager was friendly and helpful and even gave us a coupon for our next visit! We will definitely be back!
